Case Studies
#004 / In Progress / Umut Can Ozyar
Writeups that focus on decisions, tradeoffs, and what actually happened during the build.
This section will grow into more complete project notes with implementation details instead of launch copy or polished marketing language.
Details
The case studies section is intended to capture the part that is usually missing from project pages: why a build took the shape it did, what tradeoffs mattered, and which assumptions turned out to be wrong after implementation started.
Rather than treating finished work as a polished artifact, these writeups focus on decisions. That includes product framing, technical constraints, scope cuts, and the awkward points where interface choices and model behavior push against each other.
It is still in progress, but the goal is straightforward: document the actual build logic instead of rewriting it into launch language after the fact.

Detail pages in progress
The demo for this section is the writing itself: longer project notes with implementation details, interface decisions, and outcomes as they are published.
